BUILDINGS & GROUNDS DIVISION 
The Division of Public Buildings and Grounds is
responsible for maintaining all City-owned buildings
and many City-owned properties. In addition, this division
is charged with:
- Coordination of staging and sound system for many public activities,
such as the Riverfront Summer Concert Series
- Erect, maintain and dismantle downtown decorations for the
Holiday Season
- Maintain public plantings and flowers, such as those on High
Street
- Upkeep of City recreational fields and playground equipment
