    Active investigations to be undertaken by the Board of Health Inspector must be approved by the Board of Health. If you detect a condition you believe threatens public health and which warrants closer scrutiny, notify the Board of Health M-F 9am-5pm TEL: 386-0200 ext. 137.

    Requirements, rules and regulations governing use of City facilities by organizations and individuals are visible on the Recreation Division Facilities Use webpage here. Depending on user, facilities use may require any of: application, fees, insurance, or hold harmless contract.

  • Hey, can I use that Boat Ramp access to put my boat in the Delaware River?

    A Permit is required to launch watercraft. Permits must be displayed on all vehicles, trailers and watercraft.

    Permits are available at City Hall from:

    Municipal Clerk's office
    City Hall Municipal Offices
    525 High Street
    Burlington NJ 08016
    M-F 9am-4pm

    Permits are also available at the Boat Ramp on Saturdays and Sundays during the season.

    Boat Ramp Season begins April 1st, ends October 31st.

    Hours in-season:
    Open 6am-10pm, 7 days/week in-season,
    with Attendant Fri., Sat., Sun 8am-4pm.

    Maximum Boat Length is 28 ft.
