The Division of Building and Grounds Maintenance is responsible for maintaining City owned properties and grounds. In addition, the Division of Building and Grounds performs all appropriate functions associated with:

• Preparation of public area for activities
• Erect, maintain, and dismantle downtown decorations for the Holiday Season
• Maintain public plantings and flowers, such as those on High Street
• Upkeep of City recreational fields and playground equipment.
